{"id":2864,"date":"2023-03-29T00:49:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-29T00:49:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/suamema.gov.gh\/?p=2864"},"modified":"2023-10-17T15:51:35","modified_gmt":"2023-10-17T15:51:35","slug":"first-ordinary-meeting-of-the-fourth-session-of-the-second-assembly","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/suamema.gov.gh\/index.php\/2023\/03\/29\/first-ordinary-meeting-of-the-fourth-session-of-the-second-assembly\/","title":{"rendered":"FIRST ORDINARY MEETING OF THE FOURTH SESSION OF THE SECOND ASSEMBLY"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Suame Municipal Assembly held its First Ordinary Meeting of the Fourth Session of the Second Assembly on Wednesday, 29<sup>th<\/sup> March 2023 at the Assembly Conference Hall to consider, deliberate and approve the Executive Committees Report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Municipal Co-ordinating Director, Mr. Johnson Nyarko, who presented the report on behalf of the Hon. Municipal Chief Executive elaborated on these highlights of the Report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>All completed projects should be inspected and allocated for their intended purpose.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Church Authorities should be appealed to release their compound for CHIP zone activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traders selling on the pavement of the main roads should be ejected<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Assembly to liaise with Security Agencies to oversee the nefarious activities of some pubs and drinking bars in the Municipality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revenue Officers caught in illegal revenue dealings to be sanctioned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Committee report was unanimously approved and adopted by the General Assembly dated 29<sup>th<\/sup> March
