{"id":2539,"date":"2022-07-23T21:14:00","date_gmt":"2022-07-23T21:14:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/suamema.gov.gh\/?p=2539"},"modified":"2023-02-01T10:21:41","modified_gmt":"2023-02-01T10:21:41","slug":"performance-contract-assessment-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/suamema.gov.gh\/index.php\/2022\/07\/23\/performance-contract-assessment-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Performance Contract Assessment 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Performance contract is a signed contract between the Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives (MMDCE) as the Government \/ Employers&nbsp; and the Metropolitan, Municipal and District Co-ordinating Directors (MMDCD) as an agency which establishes general goals for the agency, set targets for measuring performance and provides incentives for achieving the set targets.<\/p>\n<p>The assessment started today, Friday, 22<sup>nd<\/sup> July, 2022 at exactly, 8am with an entrance conference with the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) and other Officers from the Assembly. Two Assessors, Mr. George Gyapani Ackah who was the team leader and Mr. Brian all from the Office of the Head of the Local Government Service (OHLGS).<\/p>\n<p>The assessment went on smoothly until 12:30 pm when the programme came to an end.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>PROGRAMME DETAIL<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The assessment covers activities and programmes in 2021. Heads of Departments and Unit Heads of the Assembly brought their documents for the assessment.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>CLOSING&nbsp; <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The programme came to an end with a short closing (exit conference) with the Municipal Chief Executive.
