The meeting was attended by the Municipal Chief Executive, all Honourable Members of the Assembly for the 18 Electoral Areas, Government Appointees, and all Heads of Decentralized Departments. The meeting was chaired by the current Presiding Member.<\/p>\n<p>The agenda tabled for discussion were;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The constitution of the Seven (7) Sub-Committees<\/li>\n<li>The Two (2) Committees of the Assembly<\/li>\n<li>Deliberations on the Report of supply and installation of streetlights in the municipality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>FORMATION OF COMMITTEES AND SUB-COMMITTEES OF THE ASSEMBLY<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Committees of the Assembly were constituted with their Conveners nominated for the Third Session of the Assembly.
